The Tunnel Trolley For Moulds is also called the external mould trolley.Open Cut Tunnel Trolley is mainly suitable for the construction of the concrete external mould of the tunnel and is used in conjunction with the inner mould Double Trolley Liner trolley.
Including formwork system, structural system, electrical system, hydraulic and walking system, the difference from the inner mold Lining Formwork Trolley is that the structure is located outside, and the formwork is located inside the structure. The main feature is that the trolley needs to meet the construction requirements in terms of positioning and overall strength.

The inner and outer lining of the arch wall of the Open Cut Tunnel Trolley adopts a full-section integral hydraulic automatic traveling steel mold trolley. There is no sleeper under the rails of the trolley, and the rails are placed directly on the filling surface. The lining trolley is designed and manufactured to increase by 5 cm according to the design size of the lining section of the open tunnel.
