The dual casting system can be controlled by a remote control unit for layered casting of concrete into the mold window by window. The time for secondary-lining of each ring is 8 to 10 hours.


High-frequency vibration for compactness
A high-frequency pneumatic vibrator enables high vibration frequency, wide vibration range and max. vibration depth up to 500mm, assuring concrete compactness.


High informationization
The Tunnel Lining Formwork has functions as follow: display of liquid level, temperature monitoring of concrete into the mold, warning for filling-up as well as data recording, storage and transfer.


Manpower saving and material saving
Concrete distribution for the Hydraulic Formwork can be made by only one operator.
Concrete pipelines are cleaned by high-pressure blow wash from sponge balls, which is easy to operate.
Lining for each ring can be made by 4 to 6 workers.
